You’ll receive your fully edited online gallery within three weeks of your session.

What if we need to reschedule?

 Contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can we bring pets to our session?

Because this is an indoor event, we kindly ask that pets stay at home. We want to keep the space welcoming and comfortable for every family visiting Santa.

What is the special gift included with our session?

Each child will receive one of the stuffed animals pictured above — a cozy keepsake to remember their magical time with Santa.

Are digital images included in the session fee?

Yes! Your session includes all high-resolution digital downloads from your gallery. No need to choose favorites or pay extra — every precious moment is yours.

Are family photos allowed, or is the session just for kids?

Families are more than welcome to hop in for a quick photo! 🎅✨ It’s a perfect chance to grab a festive family shot while everyone’s dressed up! Just note that sessions are only 10 minutes, so we’ll keep the family photo short and sweet. If you’re hoping for a full family session with more variety, I’d be happy to help you schedule one separately!
